“The communication before the tour could definitely be improved. I didn’t receive my pickup details until 11 PM the night before despite reaching out on multiple platforms, and our driver arrived about 30 minutes late. Thankfully, that was the only downside. Once the tour started, it completely exceeded my expectations! We had a small group, which made the experience feel personal and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop, take photos, and soak in the beautiful scenery. The absolute highlight was our tour guide. I wish I could remember his name because he truly made this experience unforgettable. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time.
